Navdeep Kaur started her career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loblaw shortly after graduating from the University of Waterloo. Her main focus is on recruiting for the management and loss prevention teams and seeking out prospective franchise owners. Navdeep Kaur took advantage of multiple co-op opportunities before joining Loblaw. She completed an eight-month internship at Microsoft as a Public Relations Associate and worked as a Career Advisor Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Additionally, she travelled to the University of Sheffield in England for a four-month exchange during the fall of 2016. Navdeep Kaur recommends that students take advantage of such opportunities as they helped her grow, become more independent, and learn indispensable life skills.
