Ikdip Kaur is a certified Clinical Research Coordinator currently working as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo in the Public Health and Health Systems department. In this position, she is conducting a national research study to improve conversations around end-of-life care in Canadian long-term care homes. Outside of work, Ikdip Kaur is a member of the Event Planning Committee and serves as the Sponsorship Chair for Muscular Dystrophy Canada. During her undergraduate studies at McMaster University, she also served as the President of the Sikh Student Association (SSA).
