For all ages!

A two-day initiative hosted annually in the Greater Toronto Area. It provides a unique opportunity for parents and grandparents to engage in workshops and Sikhi-related activities instead of just dropping their kids off and going home.

Campers are split into sections and participate in workshops specifically designed for their age group.

Theme -  40th anniversary of the 1986 Sarbat Khalsa

Our workshops are customized by age group (4–6, 7–10, 11–16, 17–39, and 40+) to ensure the content, activities, and discussions are appropriate and impactful.

This year’s Family Camp theme commemorates the 40th anniversary of the 1986 Sarbat Khalsa, a pivotal moment in Sikh history. Through a variety of workshops over two days, we will explore the meaning, legacy, and significance of the Sarbat Khalsa tradition within Sikh history.

Participants will reflect on the historical context of the Sarbat Khalsa tradition by engaging in thoughtful discussions about contemporary Panthic issues. Take part in a mock Sarbat Khalsa by addressing a variety of topics and challenges that shape the direction of the Panth for future generations. These workshops offer unique opportunities to learn about the traditions of the Panth.

Our younger campers will participate in arts and crafts activities while learning Sikh concepts.
